15 minute meet & greet: a quick chat with Kate to see if YourWeighTeam services are right for you.
Initial assessment (medication): background information, assessment of your needs, care plan development, which may include a referral for medication and other options.
Regular appointment: ongoing support and education for patients who've had (or wish to have) weight loss surgery or use/are using weight loss medications
Overseas patient consulation: check-in on your physical and mental health, with advice and support
Weight loss support: advice and support if you're trying to lose weight without medication or surgery
